The role focuses on analyzing signal characteristics to determine structure, define parameters, model signal behavior, and evaluate networking and protocol characteristics. The candidate should have strong technical depth in RF systems and SIGINT-related disciplines, and be able to collaborate with engineering, intelligence, and mission stakeholders on sensitive national

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's with 8 years, or Associate with 10 years.
• Strong experience with networking and communications protocols.
• Experience performing RF signal analysis and characterization.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with complex and emerging signal technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RF signals to determine structure, parameters, behavior, and performance characteristics
• Conduct signal characterization, modeling, and protocol/network analysis

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze RF signals to determine structure, parameters, behavior, and performance characteristics
• Conduct signal characterization, modeling, and protocol/network analysis
• Evaluate complex signal environments and identify technical characteristics relevant to mission requirements
• Support research and development activities involving advanced RF technologies
• Document analysis results and provide technical findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with engineering, intelligence, and mission stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 10 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position
• Strong demonstrated experience with networking and communications protocols
• Experience performing RF signal analysis and characterization
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with complex and emerging signal technologies

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: COMINT, ELINT, or FISINT
• R&D experience involving advanced signal technologies
• Experience supporting weapons or space-related mission areas

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
