Job summary

You will partner with the ME Director and leadership to align programs, manage cross-functional workstreams, build executive dashboards and automated reporting, and push AI-enabled efficiency projects that improve throughput and overall operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in program management, business operations, and strategy execution at senior leadership level.
• Strong ability to build automated dashboards and interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience communicating to executives and preparing business summaries.
• Experience with workforce planning and cross-functional program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the ME Director and leadership to develop, lead and track pivotal strategic initiatives aligned to organizational and site objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs, facilitate decision making, removing barriers, and drive accountability to commitments.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, benchmarks, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to monitor organizational health and performance.
• Develop sophisticated automated reporting systems, dashboards, and BI tools that drive insights and efficiencies.
• Drive AI adoption initiatives and workflow transformation projects that improve efficiency and throughput.
