Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Configuration Management certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of planning documents, bills of materials, and material requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MBOM and EBOM accuracy; verify configuration alignment and perform MBOM-to-EBOM and EBOM-to-As-Built comparisons.
• Create and update MBOMs in the manufacturing product structure; maintain requirements for condition-of-supply documents and approved substitutes.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and Production Operations to implement released engineering changes and resolve configuration needs.
• Maintain the ME backlog and Honda As/Planned documentation for FAA requirements; audit and improve Production Engineering processes.
