Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking an Assistant Field Supervisor to support fiber installation activities for MDUs. You will assist with site walks, on-site crew support, materials coordination, and pre/post-construction checks.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in construction or telecom, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to coordinate crews and schedules. Training will be provided and safety protocols are paramount.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in construction, telecommunications, field operations, or property management.
• Effective communication and leadership with ability to coordinate field personnel.
• Willingness to travel out of posted area as needed, including out-of-state travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-construction and post-construction site walks and documentation.
• Support installation crews and field activities on jobsites.
• Track project progress and maintain reports and job records.
• Coordinate materials pickup, delivery, and inventory for fiber hardware and tools.
• Communicate with property management, contractors, and internal teams on access and schedules.
• Ensure safety protocols and company guidelines are followed on site.
• Report quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with crews.
