Job summary

Woodlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ravenna, OH is seeking a compassionate nurse to perform resident assessments and provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting. This part-time position offers on-site shifts, competitive pay based on experience, and opportunities for growth.

Minimum requirements include an active RN or LPN license in Ohio, CPR/BLS certification, and competent use of electronic health record software to document care and coordinate with the care team.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the State of practice.
Must have CPR or BLS Certification.
Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with State and Federal laws and center policies.
Maintain CPR/BLS certification and nursing license in good standing.
Use EHR to document resident information and care plans and coordinate with the care team.
