Job summary

Wayne Health & Rehab Center in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. You’ll complete the RAI process, ensure quality care, and document with EHR systems.

Shifts are Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p; wage $38.00-$45.00 per hour, full-time. We offer on-demand and weekly pay options, generous PTO and benefits, tuition assistance for career growth, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, EAP, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license (state of practice).
• Must have CPR or BLS certification.
• Ability to navigate electronic health record software and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care and collaborate with the care team to support residents.
