Qualifications

• RN licensure with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, Quality Measures, and Care Area Assessments and Care Planning processes.
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accurate and timely completion of the MDS, including CAAs and care planning.
• Support documentation in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Ensure assessments reflect residents’ clinical status and support individualized care planning.
