Qualifications

• RN license preferred and role requires nursing credentials.
• MDS experience or related long-term care knowledge is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-admission screening and determine skilled coverage.
• Coordinate Medicare determination and certification requirements.
• Complete MDS coding and develop the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.
