Position Summary

The primary purpose of the position is to complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (“RAI”) process in accordance with State and Federal law, as well as the policies and goals of this Community.

Education & Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing care facilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, policies, and procedures for quality care.
• Ability to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Ability to carry out verbal and written directions.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff.
• Ability to work scheduled hours based on the position's requirements.

Experience

• One (1) year experience preferred in working with the RAI process.

Shifts & Wages

• Full-Time Opportunity
• Shift Needed: 7am-3:30pm
• Wage: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
