Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with MA licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Knowledge of PPS assessment and OBRA compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with residents, family and interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and strong time management.
