Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
• Must have CPR or BLS certification.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Navigate electronic health record software and document care accurately.
• Support residents with compassionate nursing care on shift.
