Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal laws and facility goals.
• Provide resident care in a skilled nursing facility while upholding quality standards and compliance.
