Job summary

Seaside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced MDS Director (RN) to join our skilled nursing team for a full-time, on-site leadership role. The ideal candidate will have active RN licensure and at least 1 year of MDS Lead/Director experience, with strong PDPM, RAI, and regulatory knowledge to guide care planning and documentation.
