Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in MDS coordination in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Knowledge of PDPM structures and federal regulations.
• Ability to train and mentor nursing staff on coding updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Drive strategic reimbursement for Medicare and Medicaid billing.
• Chair the interdisciplinary team for resident care planning.
• Monitor compliance with Wisconsin DHS regulations.
• Provide education and training to clinical staff.
