• Experience with MDS and RAI processes.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and Medicare reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete MDS assessments per CMS guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of RAI processes and documentation.
• Lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings.
• Review resident records for accuracy and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, social services, and dietary staff.
• Monitor Medicare and managed care documentation.
• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Educate nursing staff on MDS requirements.
• Support quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional clinical duties as assigned.
