Job summary

East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing seeks an MDS Coordinator to manage RAI/MDS assessments and ensure compliant documentation. You will review data per CMS and LTCI guidelines and work with care teams to support accurate care plans.

Must be an RN or LPN; you will collaborate with nursing and other disciplines to complete RAI/MDS timely and generate QM/QI reports from MDS data. Competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required; CMS/MDS knowledge preferred.
• Experience with long-term care or skilled nursing settings is a plus.

• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure timely completion and transmission of RAI/MDS.
• Prepare reports on QM/QI from MDS data and support quality initiatives.

MDS Coordinator Summary:

As the MDS Coordinator, you'll serve as the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)/Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator for our center. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines.
