Job summary

Firman Solutions is expanding its clinical team in Olathe, Kansas, and has two immediate openings for detail-driven MDS Coordinators. You will be responsible for accurate assessments and optimal facility reimbursement, collaborating with the IDT to ensure care plans align with coding and resident needs.

The ideal candidate must hold an active RN or LPN license in Kansas and bring over 1 year of hands-on MDS experience in a skilled nursing environment. The position offers substantial benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN or LPN license in Kansas, with preference for RN.
• Must possess 1+ years of hands-on MDS experience in skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Complete and transmit MDS assessments accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with IDT to align care plans with MDS coding.
• Review clinical charts for accuracy to support PDPM classification.
• Assist with survey preparation and respond to inquiries.
