RegalCare at Courtyard is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN MDS Coordinator for a full-time, 40-hour onsite role in Massachusetts. The position offers a $8,000 sign-on bonus and a strong opportunity to coordinate MDS processes with interdisciplinary teams to support quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds current MA RN or LPN licensure, has MDS coordination experience, and brings excellent organizational and communication abilities to a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proven experience with MDS coordination in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team-oriented environment experience.
• This is an onsite position only.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the MDS process to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary assessments and care plans.
