The ideal candidate has an IL license (RN or LPN), at least 1 year of healthcare experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. You will educate staff, collaborate with disciplines, and help improve care quality.

Qualifications

• Current IL RN or LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience, long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MDS processes and regulations.
