Join Merwick Post Acute as an MDS Coordinator in a full-time, in-office position. This critical role requires an active RN license in New Jersey and focuses on ensuring compliance in MDS assessments essential for resident care planning and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license required.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting.
• Prior MDS/RAI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments.
• Verify compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Supervise MDS data entry and validation processes.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Prepare and present MDS-related reports.
• Provide feedback to clinical teams.
• Participate in facility surveys and audits.
• Assist with audit responses.
• Stay current on changes to regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
