St. Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines, NC is seeking an MDS Coordinator to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring residents receive high-quality, personalized care and meet regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Community Director of Nursing, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop comprehensive care plans, and mentor clinical staff to uphold a culture of excellence in a life plan community.
