Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Registered Nurse to oversee timely completion of RAI and care management from admission to discharge in accordance with policy and Federal, State, and Certification guidelines.

With direction from the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement, coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department, leveraging MDS expertise and knowledge of Medicare PPS, Medicaid reimbursement, and OBRA regulations.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state you practice.
• Prior MDS experience highly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Case-Mix, Medicare PPS, and Medicaid reimbursement.
• Understanding of OBRA regulations and Minimum Data Set.
• Knowledge of the care planning process.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
