Muskego Health & Rehabilitation Centeris seeking a compassionate, professional MDS Coordinator to join our team. As our MDS Coordinator, you will play a key role in assessing resident health, collecting and analyzing data, and developing individualized care plans that align with each resident’s needs and expectations. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on quality care and compliance.

This position is full-time working Monday - Friday day hours.

Job Requirements
