As an MDS Coordinator/ Restorative Nurse at Mountain Vista Senior Living, you will coordinate and oversee the full collaborative, interdisciplinary assessment, and care planning process in our skilled nursing facility; You'll need to be knowledgeable and in tune to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) requirements; and encourage each resident's ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

• Pay from $94,000-$110,000 based on experience
• This is an exempt, salaried position generally working Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm

What You Need

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current Colorado or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Long Term Care experience is helpful, but not required!
