Socket.dev is seeking an RAI Coordinator to manage the Resident Assessment Instrument lifecycle, ensure timely data transmission to the state Bulletin Board, and align with federal and state regulations. The role involves coordinating the Interdisciplinary Team and educating staff on MDS processes.

Responsibilities include scheduling, validating data accuracy, assisting with MDS input, and supporting Medicare review to ensure appropriate RUG classifications and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RAI preparation and scheduling per state/federal guidelines.
• Notify Interdisciplinary Team members with assessment dates.
• Assist in completion of RAI and input into the RAI system.
• Transmits RAI data to the state weekly or as needed.
• Supervise RAI completion by the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Coordinate with billing on assessment schedules and codes.
