Job summary

La Vida Llena in Albuquerque, NM is hiring compassionate on-call RNs and LPNs to join our Skilled Nursing team. Our community is part of the PRS network and values care for both residents and staff. The ideal candidates will hold a current nursing license and possess a desire to work with older adults. We offer competitive wages starting from $30 per hour for LPNs and $40 per hour for RNs, along with a 401k plan with a 4% match after one year of service.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in good standing as a LPN or RN in the applicable community State.
• Compassion and desire to work with older adults.
• Physical ability to perform job: standing, walking, use of hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Pass criminal background check, meet health requirements, including TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver compassionate care.
• Assist with daily activities for older adults.

Wages

• LPN $30.00 - $39.36 / hr DOE
• RN $40.00 - $52.48 / hr DOE

Shift Differential

$1.50 PM shift & $1.75 NOC shift

Shifts available

prn/on‑call AM and NOC shift
