Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and completion of the resident assessment.
• Conduct resident assessments in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Implement resident CAAs.
• Participate in facility survey readiness and throughout the survey.
• Work with our interdisciplinary care team to develop a comprehensive assessment and care plan for each resident.
