Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering accurate MDS assessments, completing the RAI process for every resident, and ensuring timely transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas license as an RN, is CPR certified, and has at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program; deep knowledge of Federal

Qualifications

Valid Texas Nurse License is required.
Valid CPR Certification is required.
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
Knowledge of long-term care regulatory standards and Federal/State requirements.

Responsibilities

Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations.
Transmit and verify receipt of RAI and related documents with regulatory agencies.
Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
