AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. The role focuses on completing the RAI process for each resident and ensuring transmission and verification with the State. A licensed Texas nurse with CPR certification and supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal/State regulations.

• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI and related documentation by the State.
