Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Medicare/MDS resident assessment process.
• Ensure IDT completes the MDS Assessment in a timely manner.
• Coordinate development, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Administer or implement treatments, medications or other nursing interventions as ordered.
• Provide nursing care per infection control standards.
• Follow safety policies in nursing care.
• Initiate emergency measures as per center policy and nursing standards.
