Qualifikationen

• Current nursing licensure; LVN license required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Administrative and organizational abilities required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Two years of nursing experience in long-term care preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates the Medicare/MDS resident assessment process.
• Ensures the Interdisciplinary Team completes the MDS assessment in a timely manner.
• Coordinates development, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Coordinates and performs nursing interventions as indicated by the care plan.
• Coordinates and provides nursing care per infection control standards.
• Follows safety policies in performing nursing care.
• Initiates emergency measures as needed per center policy.
• Ensures exchange and use of essential information for resident care.
• Maintains documentation per Federal/State regulations and company policy.
• Participates in meetings and inservices.
