Williamsville Suburban Nursing Home in Williamsville, NY is seeking an experienced full-time MDS Coordinator to oversee the patient assessment process and ensure accurate, timely assessments and care plans. The ideal candidate will be RAC-CT (preferred), MDS certified, with knowledge of PDPM and OBRA regulations.

Active NY RN license required; four days on site with one remote day. A $5,000 signing bonus is offered after successful completion of a 90‑day arbitration period.

Qualifications

• Active RN license from New York.
• MDS coordinator experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of PDPM and OBRA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient assessment process and ensure timely, accurate assessments.

Williamsville Suburban, is seeking an experienced full-time MDS Coordinator. The MDS Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire patient assessment process and ensuring that assessments and care plans are done accurately and in a timely manner. The successful applicant will be RAC – CT (preferred), MDS certified and have knowledge of PDPM and OBRA regulations pertaining to MDS. The qualified applicant should be detail oriented and able to work independently in a manner that is accurate and concise. We are looking for experienced candidates but will train qualified candidates. We encourage qualified candidates to apply.
