Allegria Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Port Jefferson is seeking an MDS Coordinator to support the MDS Director. You will audit clinical records, monitor documentation, and help ensure accuracy for Medicare PPS/PDPM compliance.

In this pivotal role, you will work hand-in-hand with and directly assist our MDS Director. Work side-by-side with the MDS Director to audit clinical records, track census changes, and ensure total alignment with Federal, State, and Medicare PPS/PDPM guidelines.
