Job summary

Career Strategies is seeking an MDS Coordinator in Tacoma, WA to lead the Minimum Data Set process for residents in accordance with regulatory guidelines. You will conduct comprehensive health assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

The role emphasizes accuracy in documentation, ongoing regulatory updates, and staff training on MDS processes. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency with electronic health records are essential.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Experience as an MDS Coordinator preferred.
  • Knowledge of MDS process and regulations.

Responsibilities
