Job summary

Epic Healthcare in New Jersey is hiring an MDS Coordinator to ensure accurate MDS assessments and regulatory compliance across our facilities.

The role requires an active RN license in New Jersey and MDS knowledge, with preferred certification. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans, and support audits and regulatory inquiries.
