Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Needham, MA is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant completion of all MDS assessments.
The ideal candidate is an RN with 3+ years in long-term care, MDS/RAI experience, and strong clinical assessment skills, with working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
This role includes supervising data entry, reporting to the DON, supporting audits, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
