Avir Vista is seeking a licensed MDS Coordinator to join our family. The role focuses on completing the RAI process for each resident and ensuring timely transmission and verification by the State. You will lead a high-performing team and cultivate a supportive culture.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas nursing license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital or skilled nursing setting, with strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas nurse with CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations (Federal/State).

Responsabilités

Avir Vista is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family!

We are searching for a Licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required byState and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
