AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. We are looking for a licensed RN with the ability to lead a team and drive a high‑performing culture, focusing on completing the RAI process for each resident as required by state and federal regulations.

Walk-ins are welcome daily, and the position offers benefits including 401k with match, family health insurance, and daily pay options to access earnings before payday.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and federal/state participation standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by state and federal regulations.
• Ensure accurate transmission and receipt confirmation of RAI data with authorities.

We are searching for a Licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture.The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required byState and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
