Job summary

Regency Pacific Management is seeking a MDS Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments in a full-time capacity. The role requires maintaining the MDS schedule and coordinating with Social Workers and the Education Director, while generating calendars and new assessments in line with the MDS timetable.

You will attend quarterly and annual MDS meetings as a nursing department representative and help set Kardex goals within the interdisciplinary care plan, producing

Qualifications

• Possess a current nursing license. The license must be in good standing.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
