AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. The primary duty is to complete the RAI process for each resident, ensuring transmission and verification by the State, and to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. Walk-ins are welcome daily!

The candidate should hold a Texas Nurse License, CPR certification, and have supervisory experience in healthcare settings. We offer competitive compensation, daily pay, a 401k match, and comprehensive family health

Competenze

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Mansioni

• Complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI information by the State.
