Adept of Nursing & Rehab of Central City is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to manage MDS 3.0, case mix and care planning within a nursing environment. You will collaborate with care teams to ensure accurate assessments and efficient reimbursement processes.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse with strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to resident care. Previous MDS coordination experience is a plus.
