La Vida Llena LifePlan Retirement Community in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced MDS/Resident Assessment Coordinator (RN or tenured LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule and hourly wages from $38 to $52 DOE. Required: NM RN or LPN license in good standing, prior MDS experience, knowledge of MDS 3.0 and RAI rules.

RAC-CT certification preferred. Minimum 1 year of professional nursing in skilled nursing.

MDS Coordinator

La Vida Llena LifePlan Retirement Community is a well-established CCRC in Albuquerque. We are currently looking for an experienced MDS/Resident Assessment Coordintor (RN or tenured LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team!

• Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Wages: $38.00 - $52.00 / hr DOE and license type

About You:

• Current NM RN or LPN License in good standing
• Prior MDS experience required
• MDS RAC-CT Certification preferred
• Understanding of the MDS 3.0 and RAI rules and regulations
• One (1) or more years of professional nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.
