Job summary

Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) seeks a Technology Integration and Assessment Lead to support the MDO Pilot Site at Camp Shelby, MS.

You will integrate capabilities across experimentation, testing, training, and strategic planning, working with engineers, operators, and partners to align technical efforts with operational objectives. The role involves developing assessment strategies, dashboards, and MOEs/MOPs, while coordinating across multiple domains and managing rapid data‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, engineering, business, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting military, government, testing, experimentation, training, or technology integration efforts.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, operational assessment, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing activities in complex technical or operational environments.
• Familiarity with analytical, visualization, and collaboration tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms.
• Active Secret security clearance required; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with identifying, prioritizing, and tracking requirements, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Develop long-term MDO capability roadmaps, experimentation campaigns, and modernization strategies.
• Support agile capability development by adapting assessment approaches as requirements evolve.
• Support rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iterative capability development with stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain project schedules and synchronize activities across technical, operational, and organizational stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, after-action reviews, and executive briefings for senior leaders.
