Job summary

Command Post Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technology Integration and Assessment Lead to support the MDO Pilot Site operations at Camp Shelby and distributed environments.

You will act as a technology integrator across experimentation, testing, training, and capability development to enable rapid decision-making for leadership. The role emphasizes agile program support, analytical methods, and interaction with systems engineers, operators, and partners to align technical efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, engineering, business, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting military, government, testing, experimentation, training, or technology integration efforts.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, operational assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience analyzing information and developing recommendations for leadership.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing activities in complex technical or operational environments.
• Familiarity with analytical, visualization, and collaboration tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Active Secret security clearance required; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with identifying, prioritizing, and tracking emerging requirements, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Develop long-term MDO capability roadmaps, experimentation campaigns, and modernization strategies.
• Support agile capability development by adapting assessment approaches and priorities as requirements evolve.
• Facilitate rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iterative capability development with continuous assessment and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain a schedule of ongoing projects and synchronize activities across stakeholders.
• Track action items, milestones, risks, and decisions on major initiatives.
• Plan, execute, integrate, and assess MDO experiments, testing, training, and demonstrations with engineers, operators, and partners.
• Develop assessment strategies, MOPs, and MOEs for events.
• Analyze mission outcomes to identify capability gaps and recommendations.
• Utilize dashboards and visualization capabilities to support data-driven decisions.
• Support development of operational vignettes and assessment frameworks for events.
• Integrate data from multiple sources for mission analysis and strategic planning.
• Support digital and systems engineering and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports, after-action reviews, and executive briefs.
