• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
• Minimum Years Of Experience: 9 years

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates success in understanding business problems and managing client projects involving:

• Developing MDM technology-enabled solutions for large organizations, including design, automation, and orchestration of enterprise Master and Reference Data;
• Implementing MDM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Riversand, Stibo, Profisee, Attaccama, or Reltio;
• Architecting end-to-end MDM solutions, including integration patterns, workflows, policies, and reporting;
• Designing MDM systems and programs, including governance and policies;
• Utilizing MDM publication and consolidation capabilities, data stewardship, and data model harmonization;
• Working with data querying and processing technologies like SQL, Python/PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks;
• Interacting with data quality systems and data management workflows;
• Applying functional knowledge in master data domains such as customer, product, vendor, etc.;
• Relating MDM systems to industry use cases and building business cases for MDM investments;
• Defining MDM strategies and architecture roadmaps;
• Proficiency in data models and table structures of business applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP;
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders;
• Leadership in MDM development, including transformations and accelerators;
• Leading development and delivery of sales support and client training materials;
• Subject matter expertise in MDM architectures and tools;
• Team leadership, workload management, and mentoring capabilities.
