Job summary

Novelis is seeking a Lead MDM Analyst to own end‑to‑end MDM configurations across supplier and enterprise domains. The role focuses on match‑and‑merge logic, survivorship rules, hierarchies, and reference data, ensuring trusted data as a corporate asset.

You will translate business data rules into scalable technical implementations, act as the technical authority, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and data governance to drive data quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of data management/MDM experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM platforms (Informatica MDM/IDMC).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute MDM configurations across master data domains including match‑and‑merge logic and survivorship rules.
• Translate business master data rules into scalable MDM implementations with data quality focus.
• Serve as technical authority for MDM execution and domain expansions across regions/sources.
• Configure domain data models and ensure consistent standards and governance.
