MDM Platform Administrator – Data & Workflows

Job description

• Administer & support the Profisee MDM platform across development, test, and production environments
• Monitor and manage:
  • MDM batch jobs, workflows, and publishing processes
  • Data loads, survivorship processing, and match/merge execution
• Configure and maintain:
  • Entity models, hierarchies, and attributes (as designed by the MDM Product Owner)
  • Security roles, permissions, and access controls
• Troubleshoot MDM processing failures, data issues, and integration errors
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, & environment refresh in partnership with vendors & infrastructure teams
