MSR Technology Group seeks an MDM ETL Specialist/Developer to deliver and support Master Data Management services for the Health and Human Services Innovation Incubator. The role emphasizes Informatica MDM, Informatica PowerCenter, data integration, data quality, governance, and analysis to enable a unified cross‑agency client view.

The chosen candidate will develop and support MDM technical solutions, collaborate with the team, support Informatica workflows and data loads, create SQL and Python

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MDM, ETL/ELT or data integration.
• 3+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM implementation experience.
• Experience developing ETL mappings, mapplets, sessions, workflows, transformations, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting Informatica jobs.
• SQL experience with large MDM and DBMS enterprise relational platforms.
• Experience with data quality, matching, unique client identifiers, standardization and data governance concepts.
• Experience supporting ETL/MDM operations, performance tuning and SDLC delivery.
• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, testing, or data processing support.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, information systems, engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Use Informatica MDM to combine source data from agency sources, applying transformations and adding fields via change requests.
• Support Informatica MDM development, operational activities, and QA/testing.
• Automate the staging of data by scheduling scripts to improve performance.
• Implement MDM jobs by creating mappings, mapplets, sessions, and workflows.
• Work with ETL transformations such as Aggregator, Expression, Router, Joiner, Lookup and Sorter.
• Schedule and monitor ETL/Informatica jobs across development, test, and production.
• Troubleshoot post-release production issues and develop solutions.
• Develop, optimize SQL queries for data marts in Teradata.
• Collaborate with QA to validate MDM processes and participate in testing.
• Participate in project discussions to document and recommend technical solutions.
• Participate in unit, integration and system testing.
