Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, deployment, compliance).
• Strong Windows and macOS administration knowledge.
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, device identity and access management.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and enterprise IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise device management solutions using Intune.
• Manage device lifecycles including provisioning, enrollment, compliance, patching, retirement.
• Develop configuration profiles, compliance policies, and deployment strategies.
• Support MDM architecture including JAMF to Intune migrations and automation.
• Engineer and support Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints; monitor health and performance.
