Qualifications

• Experience managing a fleet of devices with MDM frameworks (Google MDM, Jamf, SimpleMDM).
• Hands-on experience automating workflows via APIs.
• Proficiency in Ruby, Python, Swift, or Go.
• Debugging device-control issues on phones, tablets, or ChromeOS.
• Strong communication to serve as the MDM SME with cross-functional teams.
• Applying enterprise policies to deliver engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions for devices managed through the Endpoint Management platform.
• Automate device provisioning and lifecycle management via APIs.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting device issues.
• Act as the MDM subject‑matter expert for cross‑functional teams.
